The latest chapter of The Shoe Effect — MFF's ongoing landmark research into how footwear shapes foot health and human movement. Following the 2023 Sri Lanka study, our research team expanded the investigation to South Africa in April 2026, continuing to build one of the largest foot health studies of its kind.
