These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, govern the sale of all products and services listed on myfootfunction.com. By placing an order, you are accepting these terms in full.
Ordering & payment
By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. We'll confirm acceptance by email — a legally binding contract is formed at the point of that confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards via the Shopify/Stripe payment gateway, as well as PayPal Express Checkout.
Yes. All card data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase, then deleted. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Digital products & courses
All online courses and consultations are non-refundable once purchased. Access is granted immediately. Please review carefully before buying — we're happy to answer questions first.
No. All purchases of online courses and consultations through My Foot Function are non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and we are unable to reverse these sales under any circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at info@myfootfunction.com at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
No. All course materials — including videos, PDFs, and images — are for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or publishing any course content on social media or any other platform.
General T&C — Workshops
All individuals are welcome unless specific prerequisites are stated in the workshop description. By registering, you accept these participation terms.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel workshops up to 10 days before the scheduled date if minimum participant numbers are not reached, or due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, force majeure). Participants will be notified promptly and a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
No refund is possible after purchasing an online workshop. Participants attend at their own risk. My Foot Function is not responsible or liable for any injuries or harm arising from following exercises or recommendations presented in workshops.
The price shown on myfootfunction.com at the time of booking applies. All prices include applicable VAT. Your obligation to pay exists regardless of actual participation, unless we are at fault for your inability to attend.
